Transforming Expedia’s developer experience was no small task. As the company consolidated 20+ brands into three, we tackled major friction points in the developer journey. I designed Expedia’s first internal Developer Portal, streamlining how developers discover, configure, and manage tools, APIs, and services.
The Developer Portal provided a centralized hub for developers to efficiently access tools, APIs, and services. I customized an open-source platform, designed dashboards, and integrated it into Expedia’s design system. Through iterative improvements and user testing, we simplified workflows, reduced friction, and created a scalable, seamless developer experience across teams.
